I was the friend everyone called when love stopped making sense. Not because I had all the answers, but because I was genuinely obsessed with the question. Why do we love the way we do? Why do we keep choosing the same person in different bodies? How did humans mate when we were more primal, and what did we carry forward into the chaos of modern dating?
I went deep. Really deep. Psychology, attachment theory, love languages, the science of how our earliest caregivers literally wire us for the partners we seek as adults. And then I went further, spending time in Asia studying tantra and authentic relating practices, exploring the kind of connection that lives beyond a personality profile or a checklist.
I live at the border of those two worlds. The research and the felt sense. The data and the intuition. I am as comfortable talking about anxious attachment as I am about energetic compatibility. And I bring both to every single client I work with.
