These Terms & Conditions apply to Love Meets Amore, including our website, applications, consultations, memberships, matchmaking services, events, communications, and related offerings.
Overview
Love Meets Amore provides private matchmaking, curated introductions, relationship focused consulting, candidate screening, date planning, membership opportunities, and related services for intentional singles.
By accessing our website, submitting an application, paying a fee, joining our member database, attending an event, scheduling a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or participating in any Love Meets Amore service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website, submit information, purchase services, or participate in any Love Meets Amore offering.
Love Meets Amore may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Love Meets Amore offers professional matchmaking services designed to support clients in meeting intentional, relationship minded singles. Our services may include discovery calls, intake questionnaires, Love Blueprint review, search strategy, candidate sourcing, screening calls, curated introductions, date planning, date feedback, coaching, and relationship focused guidance.
The exact services included depend on the package, agreement, or offering purchased. A client may be required to sign a separate Client Agreement before services begin. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Agreement, the signed Client Agreement will control.
Important: Love Meets Amore is a matchmaking and relationship consulting service. We are not a dating app, background check agency, therapy practice, law firm, financial advisor, or investigative service.
Member Candidates
Love Meets Amore may allow individuals to apply to join our member database or candidate network. Membership gives Love Meets Amore permission to consider the member for potential introductions to clients or other compatible members.
Membership does not guarantee matches, dates, introductions, direct access to clients, placement with paying clients, or a specific number of opportunities.
Member fees, if applicable, are administrative and access based fees. They may support the review of an application, profile consideration, database inclusion, screening, and internal matchmaking evaluation.

Fees for Love Meets Amore services vary based on the package, service level, membership type, location, client needs, search complexity, and any custom arrangements made in writing.
Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout, invoice, proposal, or signed agreement. Services may not begin until required payments and intake materials are received.
For payment plans, the client agrees to pay the full package amount according to the payment schedule. Entering a relationship, pausing communication, declining introductions, changing preferences, moving locations, or choosing to stop participating does not automatically cancel future payment obligations unless agreed in writing by Love Meets Amore.

All fees paid to Love Meets Amore are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
For private matchmaking clients, if no introduction has been made within the first three months of active service, and the client has participated in good faith, responded in a timely manner, completed required materials, remained reasonably available, and has not materially changed their criteria, the client may request one of the following options:
- A strategy reassessment call and continuation of the search.
- A partial refund, less a $2,000 service and cancellation fee.
The $2,000 service and cancellation fee reflects time, strategy, review, onboarding, administration, screening, recruiting, candidate evaluation, and other professional efforts performed by Love Meets Amore.
Refunds are not available after an introduction has been made, unless required by law or agreed in writing. An introduction may include a profile presentation, mutual interest connection, contact exchange, coordinated date, or any other facilitated connection arranged by Love Meets Amore.
No refund will be issued because of lack of chemistry, lack of attraction, changed preferences, personal scheduling conflicts, relocation, client unavailability, declined candidates, or a romantic outcome not being achieved.
Introductions
Love Meets Amore uses professional judgment to identify, review, and present potential matches based on client preferences, availability, alignment, values, lifestyle, stated relationship goals, and overall compatibility.
Preferences guide the search, but they are not guarantees. This includes preferences related to age, height, income, location, education, religion, political views, ethnicity, lifestyle, family plans, physical appearance, personality, chemistry, or any other personal criteria.
Love Meets Amore may present candidates who meet some, but not all, stated preferences if we believe there is meaningful potential for connection.

Love Meets Amore cannot and does not guarantee romantic chemistry, attraction, compatibility, exclusivity, marriage, partnership, dating success, relationship duration, emotional connection, or any specific outcome.
Clients are paying for professional matchmaking services, strategy, search efforts, curation, screening, consulting, and introduction related work. Clients are not paying for a guaranteed relationship.
Love is personal. Chemistry is subjective. Matchmaking is a curated process, not a promise of a specific result.
Client Participation
Successful matchmaking requires active participation, honesty, responsiveness, emotional readiness, and reasonable flexibility.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, complete requested forms, respond to communications in a timely manner, attend scheduled calls, consider introductions in good faith, provide feedback after dates, and behave respectfully toward Love Meets Amore, candidates, members, and matches.
Failure to participate in good faith may delay or limit services and does not create a right to refund.

Love Meets Amore is built on discretion. Clients, members, and candidates agree not to share, screenshot, forward, publish, or distribute private profiles, photographs, phone numbers, personal details, messages, date information, or other confidential information received through Love Meets Amore.
Love Meets Amore may share limited personal information, photographs, and profile details with potential matches as needed to facilitate introductions, only in accordance with the service type, consent provided, and applicable privacy practices.
Transparent clients may allow Love Meets Amore to share profile details or photos with potential candidates. Private or discreet clients may request a more confidential process. Any special privacy arrangement should be confirmed in writing.

Love Meets Amore may conduct interviews, application reviews, screening calls, reference style conversations, online review, or other informal evaluation methods at its discretion.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Love Meets Amore does not represent that it has conducted criminal background checks, financial verification, medical screening, psychological evaluation, employment verification, immigration verification, credit checks, or identity verification on every client, member, or candidate.
All participants are responsible for using personal judgment, taking reasonable safety precautions, meeting in appropriate public places, and making their own decisions about whether to communicate with, meet, date, or continue seeing another person.

Love Meets Amore reserves the right to remove, pause, decline, or terminate any client, member, candidate, or participant who engages in conduct that we determine is inappropriate, unsafe, dishonest, disrespectful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, sexually inappropriate, intoxicated, aggressive, or inconsistent with the values of Love Meets Amore.
Participants agree to treat all introductions with respect and discretion. Any misrepresentation of relationship status, identity, intentions, age, professional background, financial position, family status, or other material information may result in immediate removal without refund.

Love Meets Amore may pause services when a client is unavailable, nonresponsive, traveling, actively dating someone, has not completed required materials, has not made required payments, or requests a temporary pause.
Love Meets Amore may terminate services if a client or member violates these Terms, fails to pay, misrepresents information, behaves inappropriately, or acts in a way that creates risk to Love Meets Amore, its clients, members, candidates, or brand reputation.
Termination due to misconduct, nonpayment, or breach of these Terms does not entitle the participant to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Meets Amore, its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional, financial, relational, reputational, or personal damages arising from use of our website, services, introductions, events, communications, or participant interactions.
Love Meets Amore is not responsible for the actions, omissions, statements, intentions, conduct, health, finances, relationship status, background, compatibility, or behavior of any client, member, candidate, match, or third party.
Each participant agrees to make independent decisions and assumes personal responsibility for their dating, communication, meetings, relationships, and safety.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, services, membership, events, or communications with Love Meets Amore shall be handled in the appropriate courts or forums located in Florida, unless another venue is required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any nonwaivable consumer rights that may apply under state or federal law.
