Welcome to Love Meets Amore (“Love Meets Amore,” “LMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Love Meets Amore is a professional matchmaking service that facilitates curated introductions and provides advisory support to individuals seeking meaningful romantic relationships.

By applying for, enrolling in, or using any Love Meets Amore services, you (“Client,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, purchasing services, or participating in any Love Meets Amore offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Love Meets Amore reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, including email or website updates. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Love Meets Amore services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally single, divorced, widowed, or legally separated
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the application and matchmaking process
Successfully complete Love Meets Amore’s approval process

Love Meets Amore reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or decline any application for any lawful reason, or no reason at all.

3. Client and Member Representations

By using Love Meets Amore services, you represent and warrant that:

You are genuinely seeking a romantic relationship
You are not misrepresenting your identity, relationship status, or intentions
You have no undisclosed criminal convictions that would pose a safety risk to others
You are not affiliated with another matchmaking service in a competing capacity

Any material misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Description of Services

Love Meets Amore provides personalized matchmaking and advisory services, which may include but are not limited to:

Welcome and onboarding consultations
Creation and refinement of a Love Blueprint
Strategic matchmaking planning
Candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach
Curated introductions at Love Meets Amore’s discretion
Ongoing feedback, coaching, and preference refinement

Love Meets Amore does not guarantee introductions, dates, relationships, exclusivity, compatibility, or romantic outcomes. Matchmaking is inherently subjective and probabilistic.

5. Communication and Participation Requirements

Clients and Members agree to:

Respond in a timely and respectful manner to communications
Notify Love Meets Amore of any material changes to relationship status, availability, or preferences
Act respectfully toward matches, staff, and other members

Failure to engage in good faith may impact matchmaking efforts and does not entitle the Client to a refund.

6. Refund and Continuation Policy

Love Meets Amore is a time-intensive, professional service. Fees are primarily earned through services rendered rather than guaranteed results.

General Policy: All fees paid to Love Meets Amore are non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

Three-Month Review Period

If a Client has not been introduced to a match within the first three (3) months of active matchmaking, Love Meets Amore will offer the Client one of the following two options:

Option A: Partial Refund

The Client may elect to receive a partial refund, less a non-refundable service fee of $1,500, which compensates Love Meets Amore for services already rendered, including:

Welcome and onboarding calls
Love Blueprint development
Strategic matchmaking preparation
Candidate sourcing, outreach, and screening efforts during the first three months

Acceptance of a refund under this option constitutes full termination of the Client’s relationship with Love Meets Amore.

Option B: Preference Reassessment and Continuation

The Client may choose to continue services by participating in a strategy call with their matchmaker to reassess preferences, expand criteria, and optimize matchmaking potential.

Once a Client elects to continue beyond the three-month review period, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances.

7. Pausing Membership

Clients may request to pause active matchmaking at any time by providing written notice. During a pause, all matchmaking activity is suspended.

A Client may pause their account for a cumulative maximum of twelve (12) months. If matchmaking is not resumed within twelve months, any remaining matches or services will expire without refund.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared with Love Meets Amore is treated as confidential and used solely for matchmaking purposes. Clients and Members agree not to disclose proprietary processes, client identities, or confidential information learned through Love Meets Amore.

Clients who purchase transparent matchmaking packages grant Love Meets Amore permission to share photos and select profile details with prospective matches.

9. Safety and Disclaimer

Love Meets Amore does not conduct background checks and relies on self-reported information. Clients acknowledge that all interactions, dates, and communications occur at their own discretion and risk. Love Meets Amore strongly encourages meeting in public places and exercising personal judgment.

Love Meets Amore is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or outcomes of interactions between Clients and Members.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Meets Amore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages. Love Meets Amore’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Meets Amore from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your participation in the service.

11. Intellectual Property

All Love Meets Amore materials, branding, processes, and content are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination

Love Meets Amore reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violations of this Agreement, abusive behavior, dishonesty, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the service. Termination for cause does not entitle the Client to a refund.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
